Research on Cargo Level Optimization Based on Multi-objective Optimization Algorithm

The accumulation of goods in logistics companies, unreasonable storage, and the tedious process of finding cargo space for storing goods by manual means have caused a waste of space and resources. We propose an algorithm of cargo space optimization for the cargo storage problem in logistics companies. With the most popular multi-objective optimization algorithm as the model, a dual-objective cargo level optimization algorithm is proposed for the objectives of operational efficiency and utilization of cargo level at storage. The experimental results show that the algorithm can effectively recommend a reasonable cargo level.
