摘要
Chronic induced urticaria (CIndU) is a group of diseases characterized by the occurrence of itchy wheals and/or angioedema in response to specific triggers, such as mechanical irritation, exposure of high and low temperatures, vibration, as well as ultraviolet radiation of various spectrum, appearing for 6 or more weeks. This group of diseases is characterized by a long duration, a significant impact to the patients quality of life, as well as the risk of severe life-threatening reactions. Diagnosis of induced urticaria - patient-safe reproduction of symptoms by exposure to a trigger (temperature, mechanical, etc.). Currently, there are no registered medical devices in the Russian Federation for the threshold diagnosis of most physical forms of urticaria, which makes it difficult to diagnose and dynamically monitor the state of these groups of patients and the response to treatment. The question of therapy with CIndU also remains open, due to the insufficient effectiveness of the recommended and available methods of therapy. This article provides an rewiew of current literature data.
