Study on the mechanical properties of nano-modified ceramsite concrete under dry-wet cycle and temperature

For the degradation law of mechanical properties of nano-modified ceramsite concrete under dry-wet cycle and temperature, nano-modified ceramsite concrete samples are tested at different temperatures (30°C, 40°C, and 50°C) and different dry-wet cycle times (15 times, 45 times, and 75 times). It shows that as the cycle times increase, the compressive strength changes with the typical three-stage law, and the splitting tensile strength shows the law of deterioration, strengthening, and secondary deterioration. With the temperature increasing, the compressive strength first increases and then decreases, and the splitting tensile strength decreases significantly. Under two factors, three failure modes of compression and splitting tensile are analyzed. Finally, based on the experimental data under the dry-wet cycle and temperature, the formula of mechanical property attenuation of nano-modified ceramsite concrete is obtained by fitting.
