摘要

We introduce the SFSI (Sparse Family and Selection Indices) R-package that offers tools for the solutions to penalized selection indices. We demonstrate how the package can be used to solve three selection index problems: (1) derivation of a selection index using high-throughput phenotype data (crop imaging); (2) single-trait; and (3) multi-trait sparse genomic prediction.
