摘要
There is no clear indication whether a pressurized metered-dose inhaler (pMDI) or a dry powder inhaler (DPI) should be prescribed to treat asthma. It is alleged that a pMDI vs. a DPI is more efficient in delivering medication to the small airways. Therefore, the difference in therapeutic efficacy between pMDI and DPI for asthma patients with small airway dysfunction (SAD) identified by a forced oscillation technique (Mostgraph®) was assessed.
