摘要
Abstract Female pet dogs are sterilized by surgically removing their ovaries as a means to eliminate the source of germ cells and sex steroids. Surgical sterilization is inevitably invasive to the animals and costly to their owners, and an alternative method that is non-invasive and affordable has been long sought without success. In this study, a proof-of-concept of sterilizing female dogs by a non-surgical alternative was developed and successfully tested. Presentation: Monday, June 13, 2022 12:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m.
