Optimal Dispatch of Heat and Electricity Considering the Uncertainty of Source and Load

In recent years, the installed capacity and power generation of clean energy have been increasing, which has brought challenges to the dispatch and operation of power grid. Based on the comprehensive consideration of the resource endowment and demand structure in northern China, this paper proposed a combined optimal dispatch model of wind power, electric power, heat power and CHP units. Based on the prediction of wind power and load, the basic parameters and constraints of units, the day-ahead dispatch scheme is obtained. In the intra-day dispatch stage, the actual values of wind power and load are used to correct the predicted value, and the thermal unit is used to adjust the plan deviation. The two-stage dispatch method described in this paper can meet the load demand and promote the consumption of clean energy while maintaining the consistency of the dispatch scheme. Finally, the model is verified by example.
