摘要
Abstract Objective To observe the relationship between PA measured using the bioelectrical impedance method and nutritional risk, nutritional status, and sarcopenia in patients with cancer pain. Methods 146 patients with cancer pain were enrolled.NRS, NRS-2002, PG-SGA, anthropometrics, blood biochemical examination, body composition analysis and other methods were performed for pain assessment, nutritional risk screening, and nutritional status assessment. Patients were divided according to PA. For the low PA and the normal PA groups, the correlation between PA and pain score, nutritional risk, and nutritional indicators was analyzed. Results TP,ALB,CHE,HB,PALB,and HGS in the low PA group were lower than those in the normal PA group (P < 0.05);the low PA group had higher NRS,NRS-2002,and PG-SGA scores than the normal PA group (P < 0.05); ICW, ECW, PRO, FM, FFM, ASMM, BCM, ASMI in the low PA group were significantly lower than those in the normal PA group (P < 0.05);PA and HGS, PALB, ALB,TP,ICW,PRO,FFM,ASM,BCM,ASMI were positively correlated (P < 0.05);PA was negatively correlated with pain score, nutritional risk, and PG-SGA score (P < 0.05). Conclusion PA is an economical and effective objective indicator that reflects the nutritional status of patients with cancer pain and is closely related to the degree of pain, nutritional status, and muscle loss in patients. The detection of the phase angle helps to evaluate the nutritional status of patients with
