摘要
Responsive neurostimulation (RNS) is an effective therapy option for refractory temporal lobe epilepsy patients. However, seizure reduction is variable across patients and the optimal stimulation location or parameters are currently undefined. We hypothesize that this variability may be related to the networks modulated with RNS. Our objective was to determine if stimulation location or stimulation-dependent networks are predictive of seizure reduction.
