O061 / #579 burst spinal cord stimulation in pregnancy: first clinical experiences

The safety of active SCS therapy in pregnancy is not established and is based on limited casuistic evidence1-4. We here present the first clinical data on a case series of six women treated with burst SCS during pregnancy. Additionally, we present ultrasonographic flow measurements of fetal and uteroplacental blood flow in a pregnant patient in both ON and OFF phases of burst SCS.
