Managing Information System Risk Audit

It is not a surprise anymore that e-Commerce has rapidly becoming a “normal” way of doing business as the world has become advanced with the technology. Now, buying and selling goods and services can be done online at any time and any place. However, there is still the concern towards the consumers, as some of them are oblivious on how their personal information will be handled and used. A total of 121 respondents were gathered to obtain inputs on how Bruneian perceived the risk of using e-commerce. The study provides an analysis of the perception of e-commerce customers in Brunei on the security and privacy issues. From the findings of the survey, managing risk will be constructed based on the perception of the local e-commerce customers.
