Calcium ions plays very important role in signaling process in Astrocytes. Number of parameters effect the cytosolic calcium concentration in Astrocytes like buffer concentration, fluxes etc. any alteration in free calcium concentration leads to the neuronal disorder like Huntington disease. In this paper we have studied the role of calcium concentration under effect of buffer in Huntington disease. The proposed mathematical model is modeled with non-integer order differential equation to study the memory effect. Analytic solution of the proposed model is obtained using Laplace Transform and Fourier Transform. The obtained results are simulated in MATLAB. The significant effect of buffer concentration obtained in context with Huntington disease.
