Application of Flash Animation Coursewares in Pharmaceutical Analysis Experiment Teaching Based on Educational Psychology

Abstract Background: The details of pharmaceutical analysis experiment can not be displayed vividly by the traditional experimental teaching, so the concentration and initiative of students in the learning were not so well. Flash animation technology has been widely used in various experiment teaching activities in modern times. With the help of flash animation, the basic principle of the experiment, the structure of experimental instruments, the operation process and the internal chemical reaction could be described in detail, and the abstract experimental principle and the action mechanism of the reaction reagents could be displayed in a more vivid way, so that students can obtain an intuitive and clear understanding. At the same time, the experimental technology videos could be matched up to demonstrate the operation details and skills of experiments to students, so that the students could really master the skills of each experiment to be able to use their brains to think about the problems while operating, mobilize their learning enthusiasm and stimulate their subjective initiative, improving their practice, thinking and innovation ability.Methods: In this study, the flash animation technology was applied to pharmaceutical analysis experiment teaching, to explore the teaching effect of flash animation coursewares in this course based on educational psychology. One hundred and twenty undergraduate students of pharmacy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 60 in each group. Students in the he control group were taught by the conventional experimental teaching method, and those in the experimental group were taught by a flash animation courseware teaching method. After the experimental teaching, the students' experimental theory score, experimental operation score and weighted total score were investigated, and the application effect of flash animation courseware in the experimental teaching of pharmaceutical analysis was evaluated based on educational psychology by teaching observation and questionnaire.Results: The experimental theory score, experimental operation score and weighted total score of students in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05), and the concentration and initiative of students in the experimental group were better than those in the control group (P < 0.05). Discussion: The organic integration of flash animation courseware into the experimental teaching of pharmaceutical analysis can fully reflect the characteristics of pharmaceutical analysis experiment, improve the subjective initiative of students, and improve the classroom teaching quality and the teaching effect. The flash animation may make the classroom more vivid and interesting, and the students more interested in learning, with a higher classroom enthusiasm and concentration, greatly improving the experimental theoretical knowledge and practical operation ability in an interactive teaching way. Conclusion: Flash animation courseware teaching method based on multimedia will gradually become an important way and means of experimental teaching in the future.
