P232. Transcriptional Dissection of Symptomatic Profiles Across the Brain of Men and Women With MDD

Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) is a leading cause of disability worldwide with poorly effective therapeutic strategies. The expression of specific phenotypes could be associated with the activity of distinct transcriptional signatures in the brain. However, whether these signatures could be associated with the expression of specific symptomatic profiles of MDD is still unknown. In this study, we aimed to test whether transcriptional profiles are associated with the expression of symptomatic features in men and women with MDD.
