Disseminated gamma-delta T-cell lymphoma in a dromedary camel
VETERINARY RECORD CASE REPORTS(2023)
摘要
A 12-year-old, female dromedary camel presented with a large mass on the right eye and progressive weight loss. The animal died shortly after clinical examination, and postmortem examination revealed multiple nodules in the liver and mesenteric lymph nodes. A multicentric T-cell lymphoma was diagnosed based on microscopic features and immunohistochemical labelling of the neoplastic cell for CD3, but not CD20. Flow cytometric analysis of collected blood showed a marked increase in the percentage of gamma-delta (workshop cluster 1-positive) lymphoblasts.
