Effects of continuous use of Tadalafil on male sexual function after posterior urethroplasty: A clinical trial.

The findings of this study suggest that tadalafil, in a 3-month treatment course, may improve erectile function in individuals with mild-to-moderate ED, significantly more than placebo. However, more studies, specifically with longer duration of follow-up and larger populations, are necessary for generalizing the current findings.
