A study of skew constacyclic codes over z4

摘要

In this article, we study skew theta-(1 + 2u)-constacyclic codes over R = Z4 + uZ4, where u2 = 2 and define some new Gray maps from Z4 + uZ4 to Z4 and F2. It is shown that the Gray images of skew theta-(1 + 2u)-constacyclic codes over Z4 + uZ4 are cyclic over Z4 of length 2n, and are quasi-cyclic and permutation equivalent to quasi -cyclic codes over F2 of length 4n.
