摘要
•Well-designed energy markets are crucial for decarbonization, decentralization, and digitalization of energy systems of the future.•This paper proposes a proof-of-concept for design of a market that enables peer-to-peer trading of solar energy on blockchains.•The market rule is formulated as a Stackelberg game, and the market infrastructure is designed on a blockchain platform.•A novel consensus mechanism is introduced to facilitate consumer-prosumer transactions and the block mining process on a distributed ledger.
