摘要
•Dense twin boundaries and grain boundary phases.•A very high power factor of ∼ 14.4 μW cm−1 K−2 and an average power factor of ∼ 12 μW cm−1 K−2 at 300–623 K.•A record ZT of ∼ 0.78 at 623 K in the Cu3SbS4-based systems.•A significant increase in the fracture toughness.
