Studies have reported associations between polygenic risk scores for bipolar disorder (BD-PRS) and brain structure among adults with BD and among general youth population. We examined the association of BD-PRS with structural neuroimaging phenotypes in youth with BD, and evaluated for regional neurostructural differences vs. healthy control (HC) youth.
