•A novel holomorphic embedding model for the heating network is developed.•New modifications of the holomorphic embedding equations of subnetworks concerning coupling equipment are performed.•A unified recursive solution form is established for the unified calculation of multiple energy flows.•The non-iterative analytical unified approach provides excellent convergence and computational efficiency.
