摘要

•Assisted with nanodiamonds (NDs), high concentration H2O in electrolyte significantly improves the performances of LIBs.•High concentration H2O is helpful for increasing the ionic conductivity and separator wettability of the electrolyte.•Highly conductive ND-rich SEI is formed to reduce the corrosion of graphite and provide more ion storage sites.
