摘要

•Three lake ecosystems with different trophism were investigated.•Matter and energy flows in lake ecosystems were evaluated.•Emergy and eco-exergy methods were jointly applied.•Natural capital value resulted higher for the eutrophic lake.•The eco-exergy/emergy ratio showed a better efficiency of the mesotrophic lake.
