摘要
•A polydopamine modified core–shell nanofiber was constructed in terms of coaxial electrospinning and mussel-inspired chemistry.•The P-GQT-D nanofiber exhibited excellent hydrophilicity, thermalstability, and suitable mechanical strengthand stretchability match human skin.•The bacteria inhibition rates of P-GQT-D nanofiber were 95.15 ± 0.77% and 93.63 ± 1.44% against S. aureus and E. coli, respectively.•Together with sustained release of EGF/bFGF achieved by core–shell structure, the P-GQT-D nanofiber accelerated wound healing.
