Abstract
A multimodal artificial intelligence (AI) model, trained to estimate prostate cancer probability in three dimensions, was retrospectively validated using prostatectomy data. AI-generated focal treatment margins outperformed conventional techniques. Furthermore, the AI model predicted negative margin probability accurately.
