摘要
•We propose a high-speed full free spectral range (FSR) magnetic tuning scheme of an integrated silicon nitride (Si3N4) double-disk microcavity coated with a magnetostrictive film.•The proposed structure enables a full FSR tuning with a required magnetic flux density (BFSR) of milli-Tesla level.•The dynamic response of the magnetic tuning scheme can reach as high as hundreds of kHz.
