摘要

Deep intramural ventricular arrhythmia (VA) substrate is a frequent cause of failed radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFA). Feasibility of irrigated needle ablation (INA) with a retractable 27G end-hole needle catheter has been previously reported. Here we report the findings, outcomes and complications in the entire population treated with this catheter.
