Background: Many patients who undergo pancreatectomy fail to initiate or complete all recommended perioperative chemotherapy for pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC). There is a paucity of research investigating the association between the percentage of recommended perioperative chemotherapy received and overall survival (OS).
