Control on industrial dye’s production (Flex’s) by using bio-adsorbents

There is a continuous use of plastic materials in our daily life. Similarly discuss about flex banner which is made of plastic material (PVC) and dyes. This is used a lot in current time and once it is used and dumped in the environment, but this discarded flex is very hazardous for health as well as for environment. Because PVC is a non-biodegradable compound and dyes are also mentioned under carcinogenic category. Taking it as a challenge in this research, we worked on these discarded flex: the dyes are separated from the discarded flex and reused by the bio-adsorbents. In this work the dyes are separated from the flex by organic solvent and treated with bio-absorbents. The obtained dyes solution is filtered using gravitational method and the resulting solution is qualitative analysis by spectrophotometric techniques. As per the analysis the dyes and PVC material of the discarded flex can be reused. Thus this observation completes the challenge of the discarded flex.
