摘要
Introduction: Dynamic light scattering (DLS) is a biophysical technique used to characterize fractionated proteins and nanoparticles. It measures the diffusion coefficient and estimates hydrodynamic diameter based on the Stokes-Einstein equation. Here, we investigated whether DLS can be applied to unfractionated serum to assess human health.
