摘要

•Plasma EBV DNA level post-IC was an independent predictor for LRFS, RRFS, DMFS, OS, and PFS.•We constructed a post-IC EBV DNA-based RPA risk stratification model in LA-NPC.•The RPA model provides improved risk discrimination over the 8th edition of the TNM staging system.
