Temperature and frequency dependent dielectric and electrical properties of relaxor (Ca1/2W1/2)(Pb1/2Ni1/2)O3 electronic material

摘要
•(Ca1/2W1/2)(Pb1/2Ni1/2)O3 double substitution perovskite material has been synthesized using solid state reaction route.•Its structural and morphological characteristics highlight the porous nature with variable grain sizes.•The relaxor characteristic at the temperature between 40 °C and 80 °C is depicted as the major attraction of this ceramic.•Increased frequency dependent ac conductivity and thermally activated relaxation process has been observed.•The presence of a non-Debye type of relaxation suggests the dispersion of relaxation time with different time constants.
