摘要

•A series of novel and stable PILs were constructed for ECODS.•The permanent porosity of PILs was confirmed by gas uptake and molecular simulation.•PILs exhibited high catalytic activity for oxidative desulfurization.•The synergistic effect between UiO-66 moiety and IL moiety was verified.•The mechanism of ECODS systems was systematically studied and proposed.
