The Diagnostic and Prognostic Value of a Line Immunoblot Assay in Taiwanese Patients with Systemic Sclerosis.

•Line immunoblot assay provides a decent prognostic value for patients with SSc.•Anti-Ro52 positivity is associated with dcSSc, ILD, PAH, and GI involvement in patients with SSc.•Patients positive for both anti-Scl70 and anti-Ro52 have the highest risk of ILD.•Autoantibody negativity by LIA may be indicative of a higher risk for dcSSc and ILD.•The integration of both IIF and LIA testing may enhance the diagnostic precision of SSc.
