摘要
•Perioperative vasopressor usage occurred in 38% of living donor kidney transplant recipients.•Perioperative vasopressor durations were short, with intraoperative use of 2.3 ± 2.3 hours and postoperative use of 29.6 ± 42.9 hours.•Exposure to vasopressors was associated with poor graft function, as defined by slow or delayed graft function development.•Exposure to vasopressors was associated with worse in-hospital laboratory assessments of renal function and a worse 1-year estimated glomerular filtration rate.•Exposure to vasopressors was associated with an increased rate of postoperative arrhythmias.
