摘要
subsp. (Franchet) W. W. Smith & H. R. Fletcher (1942) is a blooming plant of the family Primulaceae. Here, we sequenced, assembled, and annotated the complete chloroplast (cp) genome of subsp. . The cp genome of subsp. is 151,560 bp in length with a GC content of 37%. The assembled genome has a typical quadripartite structure, containing a large single-copy (LSC) region of 83,516 bp, a small single-copy (SSC) region of 17,692 bp, and a pair of inverted repeat (IR) regions of 25,176 bp. The cp genome contains 115 unique genes, including 81 protein-coding genes, four rRNA genes, and 30 tRNA genes. Phylogenetic analysis showed that subsp. was closely related to .
