摘要
Lacticaseibacillus casei SJRP38 and Limosilactobacillus fermentum SJRP43 was evaluated on translocation, fecal analyzes and intestinal morphology of four mice groups: water control (WC), milk control (MC), fermented milk with L. casei SJRP38 (FMLC), and fermented milk with L. fermentum SJRP43 (FMLF), both in co-culture with S. thermophilus ST080. Fermented milk resulted in a decrease in Clostridium sp. and increased Streptococcus sp., Lactobacillus sp. and Bifidobacterium sp. in both large and small intestines. Larger size villi in the small intestine were observed in the MC, FMLC and FMLF groups. In the duodenum, larger size intestinal microvilli were found in the MC group; FMLC and FMLF groups showed significant differences in the jejunum-ileum portion. The frequency of goblet cells was higher in the duodenum for the MC, FMLC and FMLF groups. The consumption of fermented milk by L. casei SJRP38 and L. fermentum SJRP43 strains brought about beneficial effects in the mice intestines.
