Impact of La3+ doping on temperature coefficient of resistivity and peak temperature of La x Ca0.89-xSr0.11MnO3 films prepared by sol-gel spin coating method

摘要
•LaxCa0.89-xSr0.11MnO3 films were prepared by sol-gel spin coating method.•Film exhibited temperature coefficient of resistivity (TCR) of 8.8%/K at 283.2 K.•La3+ doping is helpful to control peak TCR temperature at room temperature.•Films displayed smooth and uniform surface with average roughness of 1–4 nm.•The results are beneficial for uncooling infrared bolometer application.
