摘要

•Metallic Ga and transition metal-modified Ga were studied for electrochemical CO2 reduction.•The effects of various conditions on Ga's electrochemical CO2 reduction were studied.•Formate, CO, and H2 were the main products, produced in varying amounts depending on the conditions.•Ni on Ga facilitated CC coupling for long-chain hydrocarbons via Fischer-Tropsch synthesis.
