An Unusual Case of Massive Cardiomegaly.

A 28-year-old female presented with recurrent episodes of paroxysmal atrial flutter. On clinical examination, heart sounds were distant, particularly for her small build. Jugular venous pressure was normal. Work-up was significant for massive cardiomegaly on chest x-ray PA view (Figure 1A).
