Abstract

目的:建立同时测定舒肝解郁胶囊(刺五加、贯叶金丝桃)中7种活性成分含量的检测方法.方法:该组方提取液的分析采用ACE 5 C18-AR色谱柱(250 mm× 4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-0.1％磷酸,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL·min-1;柱温40℃;检测波长254 nm.结果:7个成分线性关系良好(r≥0.999 5),平均加样回收率98.11％～104.62％,RSD 1.08％～2.57％.结论:该方法简捷可靠、稳定性好,可用于舒肝解郁胶囊的质量控制.
