摘要

To meet the work requirements of the fifth generation mobile communication, a high gain wideband substrate integrated waveguide slot antenna for 5G millimeter wave is proposed. By etching double inverted "L" and " cross"slots in the substrate integrated waveguide cavity.The antenna resonant working frequency is 28.07GHz.-15 dB impedance bandwidth up to 2.18% (27.74-28.35 GHz). The gain at the central operating frequency is 9.42 dBi.
