A Temperature Compensation Method for APD Requiring High Voltage Power Supply

摘要
This paper proposes a temperature compensation method for APD operating under high voltage. The temperature compensation circuit designed by using a linear regulator and a temperature sensor can achieve a certain degree of temperature compensation effect while evading the temperature drift and time drift of the high-voltage module.
