Microsphere-enhanced Raman Spectroscopy Applied to Microfluidic Detection Technology

摘要
We have proposed an enhanced Raman detection device based on microfluidic chip with arrays of microsphere. In this method, the working distance of detection can be increased greatly and the system of detection can be more stable. The enhancement effect is nearly stationary and the Raman scattering signal will increase by 6 times at different distances from 10 mm to 50 mm and different angles from 0 degrees to 30 degrees. When there is a transparent partition on the microfluidic chip, the signal can still get near 6 times enhancement. In addition, we have verified the detection accuracy and reusability of our design in mixture analysis.
