Regional Impairment of Left Ventricular Longitudinal Strain in Aortic Regurgitation

Aortic regurgitation (AR) has an important impact on myocardial mechanics and recent studies have proved the value of global longitudinal strain (GLS) in the assessment of its severity and prognosis.
