摘要

•Sequence TCRβ repertoires responding to the third booster dose inactivated BBIBP-CorV vaccine were obtained.•TCRβ repertoires characteristics had widespread changes to the third booster dose inactivated vaccine.•The level of pro-inflammatory cytokines IL-2 and antibodies level were significantly increased after the third booster dose inactivated vaccine.
