摘要
•g-C3N4 2D material used for high-performance triboelectric nanogenerator.•The TENG device exhibited a high output voltage (∼550 V), maximum current (∼110 µA) and power density 4.19 W/m2.•The reported power density is the highest so far reported for g-C3N4-based TENGs.•The fabricated TENG is able to power 600 LEDs and portable electronic devices.
