Cancer treatments are often gonadotoxic, resulting in impaired fertility. Access to fertility preservation (FP) remains difficult due to a widespread lack of coverage. Furthermore, additional hurdles to coverage must be explored in the setting of the overturning of Roe v. Wade and its potential implications for FP.
