摘要
•XRD show 96% metallic copper phase.•UV analysis shows the identical redshift at 630–634 nm.•Crystallinity synchronization by TEM with the planes (111), (200) and (222).•SAED confirms the existence of the planes (111), (200) and (222) previously confirmed with XRD and TEM.•EDS confirmed the purity of nanomaterials up to 86%.
