摘要
Virtual Reality (VR) is a three-dimensional computer-generated simulated environment, which attempts to replicate real world or imaginary environments and interactions. VR is thought to have a significant role in the future of medical education.1 The National Tracheostomy Safety Project has run face-to-face (F2F) half-day safety courses since 2009, demonstrating improvements in the quality and safety of care as a result.2 3 Our aim was to produce a VR version of the F2F course and evaluate the impact on participant learning.
